One Earth , One Climate - Climate Rally - April 14th Boston Common
With our headquarters in Cambridge, the Union of Concerned Scientists is proud to be a part of two upcoming climate rallies that will take place here in Massachusetts. The magnitude of the threat from global warming demands that we act now. Come join us at the Rally for Climate Rescue this Saturday, March 24 and mark your calendars for the One Earth, One Climate Rally on Saturday, April 14.
Rally for Climate Rescue Saturday, March 24 3 p.m. in Copley Square
The Interfaith Walk for Climate Rescue began last Friday in Northampton and participants will arrive in Cambridge this Saturday, March 24 for Climate Rescue Day.
You can join the group that day for a walk from Cambridge to Boston, continue with interfaith worship at Old South Church at 2 p.m., and finish the day with a 3 p.m. Rally for Climate Rescue in Copley Square. Kevin Knobloch, president of the Union of Concerned Scientists, will be a featured speaker.

One Earth, One Climate Rally Saturday, April 142:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Parkman Bandstand on Boston Common
On Saturday, April 14, Step It Up Boston is organizing the One Earth, One Climate Rally to show that Americans are ready to "step up" to the challenge facing our global climate and to ask Congress to pass legislation reducing global warming pollution by 80 percent by the year 2050.
This rally, cosponsored by UCS, will bring together people of all ages for a day of inspiration and hope. It will feature remarks by Kevin Knobloch, climate change experts, and youth leaders, as well as music by singer/songwriter Chad Hollister.
